The Chancel Choir at Saint George Methodist Church is an integral part of our weekly worship services. This dedicated group meets every Wednesday at 6 PM in the Choir Room to practice. They are active every week, leading the congregation in worship through music and enhancing the overall worship experience with their powerful voices.
The Bell Choir adds a special touch to worship on designated Sundays throughout the year. They meet for practice as needed, preparing to play during special services such as Christmas, Easter, and other key moments in the church calendar. The beautiful sound of the bells offers a unique and meaningful addition to these services.
Our youth choir, called Seekers, plays a vital role in 5th Sunday Worship services, where the youth lead the entire worship service. The Seekers meet on Sunday afternoons from 4-5 PM, just before the regular youth gatherings, to practice and prepare. Through their music, they inspire and lead the congregation during these special youth-led worship services.
The Children’s Choir meets every Sunday morning at 10 AM, just before Sunday School. The children practice songs to sing during worship services throughout the year, allowing them to participate in leading worship through music and building a foundation of faith from a young age.
